You did things.
- You made appointments.
- You fixed a scheduling conflict.
- You took a much needed nap.
- You watched an episode of your show.
- You added more to your painting
- You filled in your planner.
- You made a manageable to-do list.
- Now, you’re journaling.
And after this? You have another creative moment waiting.
Do you see how many things you accomplished today?
You’re doing it.
It may not feel like enough, but it’s so much more than you give yourself credit for.
Stop the guilt.
Stop the pressure.
You’re exactly where you need to be.
Forgive yourself.
And stop trying so hard to fix everything.
Sometimes, doing nothing is just as important as doing everything.
